From beginning to end, this was an incredible trip. We started off our week of diving in Chatham Bay, which was full of hammerhead sharks, tiger sharks, rays and schools of reef fish. On just our second dive of the first day we were greeted by a whale shark in Manuelita Channel. The dives with whale sharks continued all week long. We had encounters at Dirty Rock, Manuelita Outside, Alcyone and Submerged Rock.

The largest schools of hammerheads were seen at Dirty Rock, Manuelita and Alcyone. Our encounters were incredibly close, giving divers plenty of opportunities to take close up hammerhead shots. Even though there were cloudy skies above us, the amazing visibility and slight current below brought so much life to each dive site. It was the abundance of fish, rays, turtles and sharks that made this trip unforgettable.
